Audit, Wayfinding Strategy, Sign Design

Placemarque were commissioned to develop a system of wayfinding within the newly refurbished iconic Bartlett School of Architecture. The aim was to keep the wayfinding as a light touch intervention allowing the building's natural legibility to guide users as far as possible. Signs are designed as vinyl transfers on new concrete walls and columns using the School branding and developing the content to suit the new set of spaces. The project has involved audits, working closely with the school to agree content generation, sign design, artworking and managing the manufacture and installation.
